Gathering thoughts about the last year.

As we approach the New Year, peoples thoughts do turn towards looking back at the previous year and setting goals which some people find easier than others really to do but there are things that can help you along the way.

This set of conversation cards by Girl Scouts in the states isn't a bad start point although it would be played face to face because it pulls from people the thoughts that give a basis for discussion in addition to learning about that person.
