Going off the path

 

Off the canal pathways can prove interesting as here where a short walk from it can take you you into woods and beyond the gates into fields such as here which is close to where I live where any background noise from the busy nearby roads subsides to a faint background  and you are more likely to here a bird land or the faint drone of a bee in the distance.

Whatever may be on your mind, even being in a busy major conurbation with its activity, you can get the benefits of just letting your mind wonder and get more in tune with the natural world.
