Taking a bite

After a busy time no doubt, that western staple, the Hotdog is deserved and seems to be magical cooked over the fire to order from fresh ingredients. 

Whenever I go away we try to get then from a traditional butchers or a market store that has locally sourced and very traceable as the quality is so much better using tried and tested recipes.
