Scouts in the country

This is different and I am not sure if in Britain today you would see it but here are German scouts one looking possibly their equivalent of a cub on a tractor which given they're in full uniform would suggest this is an official activity by what to me looks like a farmhouse.

Maybe it is  a working farm that allow folk to camp on site which do exist here which would explain why the tractor existed?
