Gay Fawkes Night

Today is Guy Fawkes Night although events tend to go either side of that date and it is by no means uncommon for Scout Troupes to put on a Bonfire and Firework show in part to aid funds in many localities and I know a couple in this area (North Staffordshire) have in recent years.
It is also an opportunity for cubs and scouts to offer back something to the wider community too being organized in to groups to provide certain facilities such as selling drinks.
